My Approach to Leadership

For me, leadership starts with accountability. Not just for my own work, but for the success of my team. When people know you have their back, they show up differently. My role is to create an environment where trust, clarity, and collaboration drive stronger work.

I lead by example. I stay close to the work, communicate clearly, and make sure my team feels supported and seen. I believe the small moments matter. Solving problems together, recognizing effort, and giving credit where it’s due. Leadership should elevate the team, not the ego.

The best leaders I’ve worked with trusted me to do what I was hired to do, and I carry that forward. Creativity thrives with flexibility, not rigid structure. Every creative has a different rhythm, and strong leadership makes space for that while still delivering results.

When challenges come up, I take responsibility and focus on what we learn next. I approach mistakes with curiosity, not blame, because that’s where better ideas come from.
